WLS supportive PCP in Arnold / Severna Park / Annapolis Area?

Hi! I am currently without a Primary Care Physician since my last one moved. I was currently at Maryland Primary Care Arnold. Since I am young (19) I am very scared of getting a new PCP that will belittle me for saying i want bariatric surgery even though I have a BMI of 45 and have done a ton of research. Does any one know of any PCP nearby that have a positive view of bariatric surgery and would most likely be willing to write a referral?  Thanks!
