Arre you attending the Bariatric Foodie Holiday Food Tasting??

I went to this last year and had a blast and got to meet a couple OH friends. The shakes were awesome and the food...OMG! I honestly have to say the cheesy cauliflower and green bean casserole were to die for. I went up and had seconds

This year Im hoping Nikki is going to make that apple crumble, cause it looks SO YUMMY!

We got to take home recipe cards, which everyone needs right? they are a lifesaver when you just cant think of one more meal to make at the end of a long day.

My favorite thing to take home were the Shake Cups. They are pre packaged shake mixes filled with everything you need to make a wonderful shake. My favorite is the Strawberry Cheesecake. I came home with loads of them!!

The reason you don’t see a lot of me on the blog is because I am not THE Bariatric Foodie. Anyone who “plays with their food" to make it work for them after surgery is also a Bariatric Foodie and, by extension, part owner of everything I do on that site!

 

…and if you read the posts you find out WAY more about me and my life than you ever wished to know. I should spare you guys some of the details if you want to know the whole truth ;)
