hey i'm a newbie

hi Linda,
          thank you for the support i have done most of the things the surgeon has asked of me i'm currently i'am in the process of losing 60lbs so i may have the surgery and today i have my psych evalu today. i will also weigh myself tonight when i go to the gym and post my results on  my blog so check me out  and become my friend.

Hey there!! Welcome to the WLS Community! Everyone here is great and more than willing to help whenever you asked. I had my surgery at John Hopkins Bayview. Awesome team over there!! Good Luck in your process!
