Hi there! Just wanted to introduce myself, as I am new around here. I moved to Baltimore on September 1st, and started working in November for Anne Arundel county as a computer programmer. I had RNY on March 12, 2007, and initially lost 150 pounds before adding back 50 over the last couple of years due to going through a rough patch in my life. Things are on a great track now, though, and I'm on Day 3 of the 5 Day Pouch Test, working on getting my weight loss back on track.

HI Jon,

Welcome. I am only 3 months out from RNY. I am learning very quickly exersice is the key for me. I do fear on a daily basic that I will fail with the surgery. Good look to you on getting back on track.

Thanks! It won't fail as long as you stay vigilent. I lapsed for a while due to a rough patch in my life, but things are much better now and it's time to get back to basics!
