Im so inspired today...down another pound! WHOO HOO!

Had a good time at Zumba last night...but I dragged my way thru. I think some of it had to do with learning some new dances, but I wasnt feeling it and had a hard time getting it together.

I'll have to miss class tomorrow so I need to get something in tonight. Im thinking I'll try a 30 minute toning video.

What do you have planned for today?

last night i went to the gym. i did stretching, arm weight exercises and treadmill for 30 min. i can now jog for extended periods of time at 4.5 miles an hr. its crazyness! tonight not sure what i am doing. i might actually exercise again. it can be addicting. and i want to lose the rest of this stinkin weight so i can get plastics.

Congrats on the one pound.  I was so busy yesterday that I didn't get a chance to post.  But yesterday I did 1 hour of Brazillian Butt lift exercise.  These exercises are killers.  I am am so sore since I stopped doing them for 2 months.  I just restarted and man oh man I can't even sit. lol  But it's good pain and soon it will be all gone.
I also did my usual 1 hour walk with 5 pound weights on each hand and 2 pound weights on each ankle.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
