Monday Exercise, lets get the week started right!
After 5 days of golf in Myrtle Beach where I averaged over 15,000 steps a day - that's 7.5 miles for me - today was a light day, lol. I did a mile and a half on the treadmill this morning and then another mile and a half (much slower pace) at lunch time at work. I am going to miss these pleasant days for lunch time walking when winter hits.
