Monday Exercise, lets get the week started right!

Ugh, its Monday again Already...where does it go?

I didnt make it to Jazzercise on Saturday, but I did do an hour of cardio kickboxing yesterday so I AT least got something in over the weekend.

Today is Zumba day. 

What do you have planned?

I did a 5K on Saturday with the NFL Fit For You and had the pleasure of walking and running with the Redskins and their wives.  This morning I walked 2 miles, as I do every morning, and will be walking another 5 miles or so this evening as I make my way through and around FedEx Field.

After 5 days of golf in Myrtle Beach where I averaged over 15,000 steps a day - that's 7.5 miles for me - today was a light day, lol.  I did a mile and a half on the treadmill this morning and then another mile and a half (much slower pace) at lunch time at work.  I am going to miss these pleasant days for lunch time walking when winter hits.
