Hi Jilly! Glad to see you back! Oh and Christy recently posted this recipe for SF pumpkin muffins...I made them this weekend and they were pretty darn good. I also topped them with some light whipped cream cheese mixed with a bit of Splenda.
PUMPKIN MUFFINS (Sugar Free/Low Fat) 1 cup Splenda 1/3 cup applesauce 3 tbs vegetable oil 2 eggs 1 cup pumpkin (canned) 1-1/2 cups of whole wheat flour ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/3 cups water ½ cup chopped pecans or raisins 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice Cream together oil, applesauce and Splenda. Add beaten eggs, pumpkin and water. Mix well. Sift together flour and other dry ingredients. Add gradually to pumpkin mixture, blending well after each addition. Stir in raisins or nuts. Pour into muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Hi Jilly! My first day back here in a LOOOONG time!! I loved seeing some of the peeps that I knew from back in the day... LoL!
I am having difficulties and need help of my old friends and new ones I hope to make!
I have gained 20 lbs back in the last 6 months. I thought I was controlling myself until recently when I realized I am in constant search for food and don't know why!
I may have to make an appointment to see Ranessa and see if she can help me figure things out.
I am very unhappy realizing today that I have jumped back UP in weight.
I'm so happy you are doing well Jilly as so many on here are. I am going to make a conscious effort to get here on a regular basis again (long as the boss doesn't sabotage that again).
Luv you beautiful girl!
