Terrific Tuesday workouts
Good morning Maryland, sorry I didn't make it to the board yesterday. I was so glad to see - although it wasn't very active - that there was an exercise thread started nonetheless. It's important that you realize your body is begging, dying, praying for YOU to work it out on a regular basis. By posting it on here, you are holding yourself accountable. I, for one, have always been far more successful when I held myself accountable - whether on this board or at support group meetings.
I'm on my way out the door to hit the gym for a couple hours - one each cardio and weight training - before pulling an all-dayer at work till 9 tonight. Uggh!!! What is everybody else doing today?

Congrats on going to the gym ! I think getting there is the hard part. I won't be doing much today as I am still in pain from the weekend. To many leaves raked and to much lifting and loading the truck. I will try to walk a bit but not much. Good luck to the rest of you and enjoy your day no matter what you do.

Good morning Andy,
Today I am going to take a brisk 1 hour walk around my community. 1/2 hour going and 1/2 hour coming back home. It is a beautiful sunny day so I am going to enjoy this walk.
Later on I will be doing the brazilian butt lift dvd workout. These will kick my butt and it is an hour exercise.
