Friday Exercise
Uh oh...what happened to Andy today??
I've gotten kinda busy at work today and havent had a chance to get out and walk yet...but Im trying to get up and go now. Help me kick the excuse that...Well, It will be time to go home soon...OR, Im getting my hair cut later and dont want to get even a little sweaty! LOL
I can come up with some excuses now
I even brought my pedometer today to see how far I walking within my time...and my iPod.

Hello Mary, Thanks for posting. I have been raking a ton of leaves at our RV in PA ! Wow so many have fallen and it is a lot of work. I guess you can call that exercise. LOL Julie

Mary, you have no idea how proud I am of you for starting this thread today in my absence. Sorry, but we're having some crazy sale at work all weekend and I'm pretty much stuck there from open to close all weekend. Uggh!!!
I did stop at the gym on my way into work and put in 45 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of free weights. It's an abbreviated workout, but I know I won't get there over the weekend. Thanks again Mary.

Andy, your weight loss success is remarkable, you also seem to have a unbelievable thirst for a happy healthy fit life! We definitely need more positive people like you posting daily on this board(no pressure) I think between you and Cira posting just might give me the umph I need to start this body moving on a regular schedule! I was so busy I really didn't get time to post on the exercise thread. But I managed to take a 35 minute brisk walk yesterday.
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
