Wednesday's exercise thread - lets get moving folks!

Very nice start to the exercise thread yesterday guys, I'm very proud of you.  Now, let's keep it going!  Today's a bit cold outside, but I don't want that to be a reason to skip today.  Bundle up, take a nice brisk walk, something, anything.  Just get that blood flowing.  You'll thank yourself later.

For me, I'm a wimp.  Not going outside to run this morning.  Instead, I'm off from work so I'm going to hit the gym for an hour on the treadmill and some weightlifting. 

What's everybody else doing today?

 Zumba day for me!

I didnt get my walk in yesterday. We used to be able to work straight 8 hour days and eat at our desks, but now we have to work the extra half hour..so I REALLY have to start getting my walk in every day. There is really no excuse other than lazyness.

I also came across a platform for the Wii balance board for stepping. When we first got it I looked for one and couldnt find it. Ran into one at Rite Aid for $20. Im going to try to pick that up this weekend.

Nothing here Andy, I am having a surgical procedure tomorrow and starting on Monday I am going to get back on track!

Not much for me today :  just bowling night but thats lifting and throwing 720 lbs. LOL

If walking around Italy for several hours (each of the past 4 days) counts, then I'm getting mine in!

didn't exercise last night like i thought. just feeling a bit tired w/ the weather change and have so many other things to do. going away friday to the houston oh conference so might actually exercise while there w/ some Oh'ers i'm rooming with. but def getting back on track next week.

Today was a cardio and weights day for me (M/W/F).  I do 20-30 minutes on the recumbent bike, and a half hour spread among the universal machine, free weights, bosu, exercise ball, mat work and stretching; mixing it up to keep those muscles guessing.
