Want my opinion on the best protein powders and shakes?
Hello! Well, I'm on a frozen fruit kick right now. I use 4-6 oz milk, 4-5 frozen strawberries (or blue berries, etc). and a scoop of the Max Protein choclatore (or the body fortress vanilla). I'll also include a pump or two of the sugar free flavored syrups, depending on that day's combination. If I dont use frozen fruit, I'll just use 4-5 ice cubes. :)
