1 YEAR SURGIVERARY!

well thats actually oct 8th, but i had my 1 yr appt today, and i am down to 225 lbs! 125 down from my highest, and 100 lbs down from my weight on the day of surgery!

to all who are getting ready to go on this journey: the road may be long and difficult, but the results are like finding the pot of gold!

just had to share!
