Help - Insurance in Maryland

Has anyone had Kaiser Permanente insurance?  Where did you have your surgery and what was your experience.  Being given the run around b/w doctors saying the other is responsible to get things started.

I have Kaiser Permanente.  I didn't have the run around, but I did wait and wait for surgery.  I am scheduled for October 21 for a VSG.  I started this process 2 years ago.  I still don't believe it is going to happen.  It's taken so long, I have gotten bored with the fight!

Oops.  I forgot... I am having surgery at Johns Hopkins Bayview.
