Does anyone have Noel's phone number and email address it has bee 4 weeks since my 6 ,month NUT visit and I have not heard a thing.

You need to call Janice, her direct # 410-328-8973. Janice is the one who handles your insurance company and schedule the surgery. Good luck

I had to keep calling and emailing.  There was a 6 week delay after my last NUT appointment.  It was quite frustrating because there was no communication unless I initiated it.  Keep pushing for information...you have the right to know the status.

I really wish his office would set up something via email or whatever so we can check on our status while we wait...it sure would help.

I agree their was no communication at all , wheni did get a response after calling janice I was advised that they needed my endocrinology report that  faxed a month ago, i resent and she said after Noel reviews she will submit to the insurance. I would like to have surgery done before the end of the year do to all the deductibles and things I have already paid.

Sorry, you are having a hard time I had my surgery date within 3 weeks after last nut appt. When you do get the approval you are usually in surgery about 1 month after that. Good luck and stay on them, I'd be raising Hell.....

Unfortunately, it can take a while. My last nut appointment was on May 5th and I didn't have my surgery until July 26th. I believe I heard back from Janice mid/end of June. It takes a while unfortunately, but its definitely worth it. Good Luck!!!
