I just wanted to take this opportunity to brag for Violet (because I know she won't) and to congratulate Violet and Nessa on one year of some seriously solid weight loss and lifestyle changes!

You ladies have been so successful and very influential on me as Ive gone through my journey as well. Thank you for the advice, the support, the company the clothes, the protein coffees and the verbatim surgery stories!!!
