Post op therapy group to start

Has it been at least a year since you had your bariatric surgery?
Have you been struggling with the return of old food habits?
Feeling a little lost in your new body?
Are you doing something else to manage your mood that worries you?
If you answered yes to any of this questions or are just looking for additional support to manage your journey as a bariatric patient, then you may benefit from the new bariatric group we're starting for those over a year out from surgery.
This group will meet on the first Wednesday of every month.
Our first session is:
October 6 at 7 p.m.
The fee is $40, which may be reimbursable to you by your insurance company.
