Another WOW moment for me
I was at the local Target,, looking for on sale clothes,, found some 32" waist jean shorts (my normal dress) for $3.89,, but would they fit,,,, DARN TOOTIN' they did. from a tight 44" waist (with dunlop, belly done lopped over the belt) to a comfy 32" 
weight pretty stable in the 179- 182 range, as I rebuild my upper body strength from 4+ years of should issues,, I hope and expect weight to rise some.
