PMD in AACo??

Can anyone reccommend a good PMD in the Anne Arundel county area? Have a family member interested in WLS but their current primary doctor refuses. Their BMI exceeds 40 and seem like a good canidate to me. Any WLS-friendly docs nearby that will write referrals and get this process going?? thank you.
