High every one thought you all might like to hear from me. Well the surgery is done and over with.
was suppose to take 3 1/2 hrs and took 5. It seems the doctors had an air leak that they difficulty finding and closing. They said the tissue was mushy and would not hold stitches. So they kept me an extra day and finally discharged me on Sunday around 6 pm. They had to reconstruct and reinforce the pouch. I appreciate all the well wishes and prayers you sent my way. I have a few cravings that are strange but not givving in. pain is a 1 on the scale of 1-10. I am wanting of all things spaghetti sauce cold and I am allowed cottage cheese and want to put vinegar on it. Go figure. I am only taking one pain pill a day and am walking and passing gas like crazy. I can't wait for the real weight loss to kick in. Oh and btw I am down one medication already.
