Hello,
I just had my 4 month check up and i am feeling great. I have lost a total of 78lb since my surgery and my surgeon does not feel that i am losing enough weight. I have been exercising and eating right, but he thinks i need to pu**** harder. My starting weigh was 330 and my goal is 190-200. Should i be alarmed or just continue to do what i am doing?

You sound just like me, I started at 340, I am 5.5 months out and lost 97lbs so far.  I would say you right on target.  My surgeon said he wanted me down 100 in 6 months, and that seems right around where I will be considering the way my body likes to stall out for weeks at a time anymore.

I don't think you should be alarmed 78lbs in 4 months is great!

Congratulations on your weight loss.  78 pounds in 4 months is fantastic.  Keep up the great work and continue doing what you are doing.  Just make sure to increase your protein and keep make sure to eat complex carbs from low calorie sources.

Best wishes in your journey. Stay focused and prove to your doctor that you are doing great. You will meet your goal.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
