Whey Protein
I've tried the chocolate version of it - it's ok but my recollection is that it's a whey blend and not a whey isolate protein. I do both but I understand the isolate is a higher quality protein. If you're going to do whey blends, I like Body Fortress allot, it's available at Wally World and I believe it's less expensive than the whole foods brand.

I have been using Bordy Fortress from day 1 and it is inexpensive and works great.
