Russel - Have you tried having Dr. Steel's office write a letter for your insurance? I have EHP. They denied my 6 month visit with Margaret, but I had Dr. Schweitzer's office write a letter about how it is important in the post surgery phase (blah blah blah) and they approved the visits and are now covering my nutritional visits, which makes them so much more affordable from $207 to $13.

BTW I love Margaret too!!
