Rita's Sugar Free Italian Ice

Hey All!

I know I can have sugar free popsicles at this point - can anyone tell me what you think about Rita's sugar free? SInce I can have sugar free popsicles my mom and hubby think that I'd be OK with Ritas- any one else have any thoughts on this?

That is a very good question. I hope there are some that can answer. I like the pineapple sugar free flavor. I will ask my surgeon when I see him next week too.

A belated welcome to the Loser's Bench! Yes, you can have the s/f Italian ice. Some stores carry the Luigi's brand, too - just make sure it's s/f!

I did some thinking about this after you asked and I imagine if it's SF it's ok (says so in my surgeon's orders). Do watch our for sugar alcohols in SF items though. I do not respond well to sugar alcohols myself. Blehck!

Does it feel like everything is getting better everyday?

Take care of yourself. I'm so super excited for you...I know I keep saying that but it's true. It takes a little while to get past some tough spots but once you do, it's amazing how good you start to feel. It's like a reawakening.
