All IV weight gone

Ok all of the damn fluids I got when I went in the hospital for surgery which was 10 lbs. worth are now officially gone and I have lost 2lbs. to boot along with all that. So total with the water weight is 12 Lbs. which only 2 lbs. counts for weight loss.

Any weight loss is good weight loss. Just keep on doing what you're told and use the tool you have to its fullest. You will see a world of diffrence. Remember to walk,walk,walk,walk,walk.
