Hiya everyone

I know Im not here much anymore but felt like dropping in to let you all know my progress.
I weighed myself last week(yeah I can use a normal people scale) im at 284 now and im wearing size 40-42 Jean shorts.Im 84 lbs away from my goal and Aug 4th is gonna be my 1 year mark.Ill try to look in more.

Great job Andy it's good to hear from you and that you are doing so good. Keep on plugging you'll get there. I have my revision surgery on July 19th.
