Late Notice... Anyone wanna do a 5k on Sunday

I just decided to do it...  I'm not running it but I'm not going to stroll it either....

have to register friday or Saturday...

i cant do sunday, bc i work and it is short notice, but i have entered to do a race in philly in october 5k, you can run or walk, ur choice, r u interested?

would u like to train together for one, i have never done one, but i wanna learn to do them running

oh well that was two weeks ago anyway...

I have plans for one August 29th locally and then again September 26th locally.  Philly's a long drive for a 45 minute walk....

Fleet Feet in Pikesville does training runs Tuesdays and Thursday nights at 6 pm  I was thinking of joining them...
