"What the heck is a Pouch Party?"
It's a fun, interactive cooking demonstration party where you get to sample weight-loss surgery friendly and protein forward recipes, play games, win prizes and have fun!
We have two on the books for late summer/early fall:
Come Shake it Up! on September 28th at 6 p.m. and learn how to make the best protein shakes and treats!
OR
On October 12th come and have a Mexican Fiesta! at 6 p.m.
