Kris, any regular recipe cna be converted to WLS friendly, if you have a favorite, substitute no fat or low fat for things like sour cream etc.

And even if it's not, no worries, I doubt we'll lack for food.

I live in Columbia and may be able to make it depending on the date. I am going back "home" to NY July 3-10. I too do not make specific WLS friendly recipies, but would def not come empty handed.
