ISO Surgeon for 700 lbs patient

Hi All,
It's been quite some time since I've posted.  All is well and life is good.  I'm almost 3 yrs post op and down 170 lbs.  I had stalled a bit after getting pregnant 7 months post-op, but thankfully I was able to refocus after my son's birth.  Now, he's 17 month and keeping me active! *lol*

I'm posting today because I desperately in need of info for any surgeon in the MD/DC/VA area that will do bariatric surgery on a patient who is almost 700 lbs.  There seem to be surgeons in almost every other region who are willing and have successfully done it, but I'm having an impossible time finding one locally. 

Any information or suggestions are appreciated!
