My Hip Replacement Surgery finally scheduled!
Since I can't execerise my lower body or walk much (use walker as it is) it took longer than I'd hoped, but finally my surgeon accepted my BMI and put me on wait list for my Hip Replacment Surgery! Then it took another 2 weeks to get the call from her scheduler, but it's scheduled for July 26th at Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Spring, MD.
Once again, I'm excited and nervous about major surgery and not sure if pain will be worse or better than I'm dealing with now. I'm figuring it can't be worse than some days now anyway!
Hopefully, they'll slip me into a cancellation slot as they did with my VSG and it'll be even sooner!! Wish me luck!
