Do you have problems with your lap band, or did it simply not work for you?  Just curious.

I have a 'possible' slipped band according to the UGI and I have a hernia. My doc said I didnt have a slip. Im not arguing that one...

My problem is mostly...Im eating and journaling around 1200 calories a day when I can and Im not losing. I do freely admit Im not working out close to a real workout. I feel like Im on a constant diet and not getting anywhere.

my doc talked me into a fill (didnt really want it, but figured id try) and I ended up vomiting really hard at least twice a day. anything other than room temp or warm liquids felt like glass. Could not eat solid food. I went in 2 weeks later for an unfill and was told that we were going in the wrong direction and taking liquid OUT is not how this works. Also wanted me to try diet pills. I didnt have surgery to take diet pills...been there, done that.

That threw up a HUGE red flag for me als that Dr Tran is leaving...and Im not sure what happened to the other surgeons there.

I just feel that I need the malabsorption. I feel like Im working and not getting anywhere and that the rny would work with me and at least give me some loss so I can workout more. right now I can only walk but I want to get back into martial arts...thas not gonna happen until this weight starts coming off.

There is so much more, and this is long enough already! LOL but thats the highlights.
