Did not know of the option to have it pre-kids... but wait three years until having kids after a tummy tuck.  As it is, my tummy looks like I've had several kids already. LOL.

So if I had a tummy tuck sometime this year, then waited 3 more years til we had kids... that'd make me around 30 and my husband 36.  Clock is already ticking on us - don't want to add more stress.  We'll figure it out

Again, good luck with the surgery!  My mom had a few different p/s procedures in her day... I can remember the tubes and dressings on her afterwards.  As previously mentioned, the potty lifter chair thing will be great to help you with the ease of bending.  And lots of pillows for support.  Can't think of what else my mom kept handy.  Oh yeah - a freaking BELL she rang when she needed something and I'd have to tend to her needs... lol.  What a nightmare she was

Jilly you will do just fine and will LOVE the new you!  Even just two weeks out from mine I will say without a doubt it is totally worth it & I would do it over again in a heartbeat.

The drains are a pain but a necessity.  By pain I mean just a hassle...not PAINFUL ..lol.

I was so nervous before mine so I know how you feel. But all will be well!

The drains may be inconvenient... but not painful.   And very important to avoid infection, so worth the bother!

Best wishes for a safe and successful surgery and speedy recovery!
