Can't wait to see you either! Thank you for asking about me...you are so sweet.
Well, I haven't put an update on here lately because I've been up and down emotionally and physcially. Mostly it's just a very big adjustment. I've healed wonderfully. In fact I have had such a good experience as far as recovering from major surgery, that I don't feel like I've had it at all. Most things I don't have an issue with (eating). I have had a few weird days and experiences (stuck, some nausea that comes out of nowhere and disappears fast, some rapid heart beat after carbs, one day I can eat barely anything and the next - a lot, etc.). Also I stopped losing at around 2 weeks (a little after) and didn't start losing until today (4 weeks). I'm told that's normal, but nothing rubs you wrong way quite like not losing a single pound for almost 2 weeks when you just had surgery to lose weight, you're not eating very much and you're working out 4-5 times a week! But this is all par for the course, right? :) I am feeling it in my clothes and some people are noticing. I'm at about 30 lbs lost. That includes the 13 I lost on the liquid diet. So it's not a whole lot but it's nothing to sneeze at and it's better than I did pre-surgery. Can't wait to see you girls!!!
