I haven't lost anything in 2 weeks.

I know I am probably obsessing about weight loss but it has been 2 weeks since the scale has moved.  I just had surgery on 3/18/10 and I had a lot of complications.  I lost 57 lbs in 2 months.  I am not sure weather I should be worried or if this a plateau that I will get over.  Does anyone have any advice for me?

sounds normal to me... everyone has to stall a bit...

I would not worry

just make sure to get your fluids and your protein
and get some exercise such as walking if you are not....
and follow your surgeon/nut's rules...

it will pass

oh stay off the scale for a few weeks if it upsets you.

I dont think you should worry about it. You have lost 57 pounds in 2 months...that is WONDERFUL. Almost a pound a day! 7 pounds a week!! Every one of us ha**** stalls and plateaus. Re-evaluate what you are eating. Make sure you are getting your water and protein in. You will get over that plateau and continue to lose.
