6 month supervised diet

Is their anyone who had insurance that did not require that their 6 months months of diet to be 6 consecutive months, per my insurance I must have 6 months diet but it does not have to be consecutive has anyone else heard of this?

i have not heard this. i have only heard of either 3 or 6 month consecutive months of supervised diets. i would ask the insurance company and then get what your policy states in writing incase you ever need to reference that.

I had Anthem BCBS of California and my 6 months did not have to be consecutive as long as it was within that year. I had 3 months of weigh****chers and 3 months with my nutritionist.
