Family doctors in Montgomery County

Hey everyone!  I have just moved back to the area (near Damascus), and need to find a new primary care physician in the area.  Kind of desperately as my allergies have gone completely insane since returning to the area.  (Welcome back, right?)  I'm looking for someone who is preferably female and is open to/supportive of WLS in general.  If you have someone you love in the area (upper Mont. Co., gaithersburg, olney, germantown, damascus, clarksburg), could you please let me know?  Thanks so much!

Hi, and welcome back!  I live in Clarksburg, but my primary dr is in Ellicot City. I know that is a little further than you said, but she is a wonderful doctor and Doctor Assistant.  They are excited about the idea of WLS.  They recommended me to a doctor near them in Maple Lawn (Howard County).  But if they are worth it, so is the drive.  Let me know if you want their information.

I see Dr. Dawn Broderick in Olney. She is very supportive of WLS, and has several WLS patients. Her office is in the Medical Building behind Montgomey General Hospital. Probably about a 20 min drive from Damascus/Clarksburg.
