Wow...5 years!!!

It's been a rollercoaster ride, but I'm happy to report that I'm still doing very well after 5 years (5/27/05). I feel so blessed and thank Dr. Schweitzer for helping me to get more out of life. They give us the tool, but we have to use it. When it gets harder; fight harder!

I wish that blessing for you. I'm 12 pounds up from my lowest weight, but I'm more fit now that I've gotten back to exercising and eating better. It was more than 12. Good luck to you.
