Question?

It has been 4 weeks since my surgery.  I had abut 5 days when I did not loose any weight.  I think I might not have been eating enough calories.  I probably was only consuming 500 calories per day.

Can anyone tell me approx how may calories I should be consuming at 4 weeks post surgery?

that's a question best answered by your NUT and/or surgeon... every plan is different.

did you get a binder or printout of guidelines to follow?

bodies will NOT lose weight every day.... you might even go weeks without losing... all perfectly normal.

Ticker is from Day of Surgery.. weight goal is personal preference as I've MET my doctor's goal

Ain't that the truth...I'm experiencing the dreaded "2 week stall" right on schedule. I am so thankful to my OH family for going through everything before I did so they could warn me bout this stuff. :)

Thanks so much for your response.  I did get a binder.  No one talked about a stall in weight loss or the right number of calories to eat each day.

I go back to the doctor on 6/2 and will ask some more questions then.

Thanks again.
