TUESDAY'S FEED BAG

UGH!  I feel like I ate horribly yesterday; it was an incredibly stressful, boring day.  I think between Mom and me, we read 20 magazines!!!  Had I known we were going to be there for so long, I would've packed some snacks and my lunch.

Yesterday:

B - Roast beef roll-ups

S - Power Crunch protein bar

L - Turkey burger - 1/2 bun, french fries

S - Snack size bag of M&M's
      Snack size bag of Sun Chips
      Shared snack size bag of pretzels
(I didn't eat these snacks all at once, but spread out through the afternoon)

D - White pizza
      Margarita

Today:

B - 4 chicken nuggets

S - Power Crunch protein bar

L - Tossed salad with grilled shrimp

D - ?

All my fluids, all my vits!

Yesterday -

B - greek yogurt, strawberries and granola

L - MSF chix patty, reduced fat cheese, strawberries and a dill pickle

S  - protein shake

D - Fish and chips - baked not fried (for both the fish and the chips)

S - SF jello pudding with strawberries

Today:

B - greek yogurt, strawberries and high fiber oatmeal

L - leftover fish and chips and green beans

D - um, something with ground turkey...hoping my creativity hits me tonight.
