MONDAY'S FEED BAG
So, how'd everyone do this weekend? Me, not so hot, but I'm back on track!!!! I can't even remember what I ate on Friday, so I'll focus on today as a new start!!!

Today -
B - 1/2 c. greek yogurt, 1/4 fresh local strawberries, 1/4c bare naked granola
L - MSF chix patty, more strawberries...and um, something....
D - fresh drum fish, asaparagus, 1/2 small tater
All my fluids and all my vits

Yesterday:
B - 1 egg, 2 strips of bacon & strawberries
S - NSA Eskimo pie
L - Skipped, still full from breakfast
D - Shrimp sauteed with garlic, olive oil and tomatoes over Dreamfields pasta. Prepared by my 14 year old daughter and it was delicious!
S - Strawberries with SF cool whip.
Today:
B - Coffee & Breyer's Light Vanilla Bean yogurt
S - A few nuts
L - Black beans and salsa
S - LF cheese stick
D - Leftover Mother's Day shrimp with garlic and olive oil
S - ??? Probably SF hot chocolate if this weather doesn't improve
