THURSDAY'S FEED BAG
LOL I had to laugh yesterday. Before K's softball game, I really didn't want to eat, so I made a shake using the Body Fortress. When Mom asked what it tasted like, I said, "Chocolate milk - want a taste?" She did, made a face and promptly spit it out, rinsing her mouth out afterward. LOL Guess my tastes buds are immune to some protein tastes now.
Yesterday:
B - Turkey/cheese roll-ups
S - s/f Tastycake (don't waste your $!)
L - Mexcian wedding soup

B - Cheese & crackers

Well, I made your savory cottage cheese pancakes yesterday. I had to add an additional T of flour because they were not setting up at all. However, in honor of Cinqo de Mayo, I did something a little different. I made a mexican casserole/lasagna type thing with them:
In a square baking pan, I put a layer of cottage cheese pancakes, then a layer of cooked ground beef w/chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and onions, then a layer of shredded mexican reduced fat cheese, repeat. On top I put a final layer of pancakes and another layer of cheese. I served it with salsa and greek yogurt. YUMMO!!
Yesterday:
Pre-B - s/f white choc mocha
B - greek yogurt/banana/vanilla protein shake
L - lobster roll sushi
S - goldfish crackers
D - mexican casserole
108 oz. fluids, 90g protein, all my vits.
Today:
Pre-B - tea latte
B - 1/2 greek yogurt/banana/vanilla protein shake
L - mexican casserole
S - 1/2 greek yogurt/banana/vanilla protein shake
D - not sure...maybe leftover casserole

D - sloppy joes (Bob will have the bun, me just the meat) and green beans
