Have to lose more before surgery

My surgeon called me today and told me to avoid an open procedure I need to lose at least 15 pounds up to 25 so i am going for the 25 before my surgery in July. I know I can do this.......I hope if I don't get bored at what i am drinking and eating.

I am doing 2 muscle milks or whey proteins, 6 glasses of water and for dinner I do 4oz. of chicken or fish with a green veggie.

are they light muscle milks and low carb proteins (I'm sure they are)

wow... yeah that's a bit extreme... for how long do you have to do this?

That does seem extreme ... are there other complcations? As it stands your BMI is only 41.3. Is this stadard?
