Hi Amy I MY RNY!!!!!!!!!! I would do it all over again!!! It saved my life!!!
I have not had any issues and I still have my gallbladder. I am a year and a half out. No bleeding, no clots no complications!! You will LOVE it,this will be the BEST GIFT you can give to yourself! Good luck on your journey sweetie.

The choice of surgery is yours Amy and just like Terri said the lap band worked for her because she didn't have much weight to lose so in that case I have seen it work. In my case I had the Lap band which on that note I had to have mine removed and in the beginning I wanted the Vertical Gastric Sleeve but my insurance company would not ok it they denied me 3 times for the sleeve so i had no choice but to settle for the band. The band rejected and was leaking so the insurance company started ok'ing the sleeve 3 monthst after my band surgery imagine that so in July I will finally get my sleeve. So look at all of them so you have no regrets. I can't wait for my new sleeve but July is not that far off.
