Its time out
My MD friends, I'm talking a time out. My life's a wreck and I'm trying to get it back in order.
I wouldn't spill these beans upon anyone else cept you guys. I'm losing weight due to not eating and I'm afraid of getting labs. Don't know if my plate is over flowing and depression is setting in or what is happening. Gotta get square. Could use a hug
you are going through a very rough time. you need to give yourself space to get over your marriage ending. it doesn't happen overnight. glad you are reaching out. do you have any friends you can spend more time w/ when you are not feeling well? and you have to take care of yourself. you do not want to end up in the hospital for something you could have prevented.
Dean BIG HUGS TO YOU !!! You are really under a lot of stress and have hit a rough patch. People always tell me that I need to take care of me first. I find that so hard to do after being a care giver. So I will say take care of # 1. This means eating right & getting your rest. If needed go to see your Doc. Maybe you are suffering from mild depression related to life events. Do not be ashamed we all have problems and need help sometimes. Take care and never hesitate to talk to us. You missed a good meeting at the library. Come back soon.

Hang in there Dean!
Having been there myself, I know how miserable, lonely, and devastating any life changing event can be. Just remember who you are, what you believe in, and stay true to yourself. Hopefully this will pass sooner than later, and you can get on with your life. Feel free to use this board when needing "to spill these beans" as you said earlier. I wish you luck, and we are all here and willing to listen. It's pretty funny how people think once you get WLS all your problems go away, it's obvious that the people who think that way are the ones that never had WLS! Leslie:)
