B - greek yogurt with strawberries and 1/2 banana and bare naked granola
L - 1 rib, 2 tbsp of mashed potatos, peas
D - 1/2 brat, sauerkraut
Today -
B - greek yogurt, strawberries, bare naked granola
S - Pure protein cookies and cream shake
L - brat, sauerkraut, small spinach salad
D - ham slice, baked potato (tiny one) and green beans
