D - Cottage cheese pancakes with s/f syrup

Today:

B - 4 chicken nuggets

L - Turkey/cheese on whole grain crackers

S - Pb pretzels

D - Trivia night!

Howdie!

Well the carb monster reared his ugly head this weekend but I'm back on track today:

Drive:  EAS Carb Control shake
B:   Large egg, cheese, salsa
S:   String Cheese
L:    1 C Chili
S:   SF Chocolate Mousse
D:   Scallops
S:   Protein shake if I want something

Yesterday -

B - greek yogurt with strawberries and 1/2 banana and bare naked granola

L - 1 rib, 2 tbsp of mashed potatos, peas

D - 1/2 brat, sauerkraut

Today -

B - greek yogurt, strawberries, bare naked granola

S - Pure protein cookies and cream shake

L - brat, sauerkraut, small spinach salad

D - ham slice, baked potato (tiny one) and green beans
