FRIDAY'S GRATEFULS

Good morning!
I woke up today to breakfast in bed! What a surprise!
Tia, I am glad to hear your dad is doing well. Dialysis can be pretty rough; my MIL goes 3 times a week, and there are days she is so out of it afterwards. Best of luck to him!
My mom & I are having a yardsale tomorrow.....should be fun!
Speaking of vacays.....I cant wait to hit the OBX....my home away from home! We are actually thinking about moving down there after Lizzie turns 18 in August!
Today I am grateful for:

1} my family......they are the best! Except for the second Tuesday of every other week when they urk my nerves! LOL

2} my RNY....I now have a good life where exhaustion from weight is no longer a part of it. I can move without getting winded. And I can now SHOP like I always wanted to!

3} my friends here....you all are the best!

I remember you telling me about your MIL - Dad's not really wiped out, and you can tell it's actually helping him, but  his bp was really low.  Apparently, they either didn't tell him or he forgot that he shouldn't take his bp meds the morning of dialysis, but should wait until after.  It's kind of a learning curve with all of this.

You're going to have great weather for the yard sale!  Hope you rake in some moolah!

   No, no spilled cornflakes today! LOL
He actually made me a crepe filled with fresh strawberries & vanilla greek yogurt and fresh squeezed oj! The crepe was DELISH...I was iffy on the OJ!

As per usual, I'm late to the party but I'm gonna do it anyway!

Have fun tomorrow and TRY not to get too bored!  I lurve a well-manicured lawn and love when the guy comes to do it.  There are times...just times...that I wish I had a working mower and could do it myself again!  I took some pics of the front and will post them on FB later.  Want. Pics. Of.  Rainbow!!  I wanna live vicariously!  And last but certainly not least, I'm glad your Dad was okay yesterday!  You should arm him with tape recorder when you can't be with him from now on!

Today, I'm grateful...

1.  For my healed ulcer so that I can have certain things again!
2.  For the epidural injection going well today and that it (hopefully) brings relief!
3.  For the beautiful warm weather.  I will be lying out in it and reading!  WOOT!
4. For post anesthesia nappage!  I love a nap but after anesthesia I sleep sooooo well!
