Okay, I'm in a rut.  Looks like I need to do some cooking this weekend!

Yesterday:

B - Greek yogurt with craisins and granola

L - Sushi

S - Pure Protein bar

D - Turkey burger with chili and cheese

S - 4 s/f oatmeal cookies

Today:

B - Turkey/cheese on whole grain crackers

S - Strawberries

L - Sushi
     Watermelon

D - ?

Gah - I seriously couldn't remember what I ate yesterday...geez...

OK...

B - Morningstar Farms mushroom burger with one egg and cheese

L - Morningstar farms chix patty with cheese, mixed veggies and 1 slice of double protein bread

D - pork chop, about 2  small spoonfuls of mashed taters and green beans


Today...

B - egg beaters with cheddar, 1 slice of turkey bacon and one slice of double protein bread

L - pork chop, 1 small spoonful of mashed taters, and mixed fruit

D - ????  Whatever wallyworld has on sale.

S - 1/2 c white chicken chili and NSA Eskimo bar

B - Coffee and SB Diet Cinnamon Raisin protein bar
S - Baby Bell Light Cheese
L - Grilled chicken breast with lettuce & tomatoe

Ok I'm gonna own up to this one, but before I do let me say something: P.M.S.

2 cups milk
1/2 bagel with cc
1/2 small bag M&M's

L:  2  oz cheddar cheese n 6 bran crackers
D:  chicken leg, bite of rice
S:  Protein shake

Yesterday:

Pre-B:  caramel truffle tea latte
B - greek yogurt strawberry/chocolate/vanilla protien shake
L - tuna
S - protein bar
D - bbq pork ribs
S - butter rum livesavers...YUMMO!  But I can overdo it so I won't be buying more when the bag is gone!
LNS - warm milk w/splenda an miralax

140 oz. fluids, 147g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - none, NPO for my procedure
L - none...sleeping
S - protein shake
D - greek yogurt and fruit
S - protein bar
