hey all,

i had my 6month and gall bladder post op checkup, and i have to report.....

ALL IS GOOD!

no issues, gallbladder problems solved, can get back to the gym, and even after them adding 5 lbs of fluid, i lost 2 lbs from my appt two weeks ago.

im so excited, only 46 lbs to go for my personal goal. And the cool thing is my doc says if 200lbs is good for me, its good for him! he doesnt want me to get to the ideal of 160 if I am not comfortable. We will see, but its awesome that my surgeon listens to me and my wishes.

I hope everyone is having a great day/night!

It's awesome to have a surgeon understand that the BMI charts aren't always realistic. According to those things, I should be 125 hahahaha I have hip bones that could touch each coast if I stood in IL.

Congrats on an awesome 6 months!

Sounds like things are going GREAT for you now.  Keep up the good work!  I agree on getting to where you feel comfortable and not necessarily what the BMI chart says.  I'm trying to get my head around that too!
