WEDNESDAY'S FEED BAG
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with craisins and granola
L - Greek grilled chicken salad
S - 2 hard boiled egg whites
D - 3 cottage cheese pancakes (recipe to follow)
S - Slice of banana nut bread
Today:
B - Protein coffee

OMG I love banana nut bread, or banana choc chip bread. YUM! I have a great recipe if you want me to forward it. It's at home of course. Has OJ in it. NOT wls friendly tho.
So my food:
Yesterday -
Pre B: 2 cups milk
B: 1/2 c greek yogurt with 1/4 cup Bear Naked protein granola, sweetzfree
L: Small salad with turkey lunch meat
S: LF string cheese
D: BLT - center cut bacon, pepperidge farm light grain bread
S: Cantelope, SF jello mousse
Today -
Pre B: 1.5 cups milk
B: 1 egg, .5 oz cheese, salsa
L: 2 fat free Ballpark turkey dogs, no bun
S: String cheese, SF chocolate mousse
D: Ribs
S: Cantelope
All my fluids, all vites and tonight the gym if I get out of the doctor at a reasonable time.
Yesterday -
Pre B - coffee boosted with 2% milk
B - hard boiled egg, 1oz cheese and 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 a banana and walnuts
L - meatloaf and 1/4 of a baked potato
D - ham slice, protein mac n cheese (made with greek yogurt instead of milk) and one SF chocoate (ahem - needed to get things moving)
100 oz. fluids, all my vits
Today -
B - ham slice, 1/2 c oatmeal with 1/2 banana and walnuts
Snack - coffee with 2% milk
L - tuna salad, 1oz cheese on a slice of double protein bread
D - tilapia, spinnach and a smidgen of leftover protein mac and cheese (if Bob leaves me any)
Already have 48oz of fluids in - no problem getting my vits in.

S: protein smoothie
D: 2 slices LF bologna wrapped with hot pepper cheese and tomato
S: {{{at the ballpark}}} some Boardwalk fries & half a pretzel
Today:
B: cottage cheese with tomatos & a protein smoothie
L: turkey pepperoni pieces with chunks of cheese on top of a salad
D: grilled scallop skewers with zuchini, 'shrooms, and tomatoes
All my fluid & vits, and added protein as needed!
