Welcome hsunshine! Dr. Liao joined Dr. Moein a short time ago. I haven't had a chance to meet him, but I guarantee you will LOVE his CRNP he brought with him: Kate Reinhardt. I see her now that I am moving toward my maintenance stage. She is extremely knowledgeable and confident; kind and easy to talk to. She does my fills too.
